He also serves as the Executive Director of Poet Boutique Restaurants, a premier dining establishment in Lahore. Additionally, Mr. Raoof holds a directorial position at Ibadat International Pvt Ltd, a company specializing in Hajj and Umrah services. His diverse roles underscore his commitment to education, hospitality and community service in Pakistan.
Aamer Rafique Qureshi is a visionary entrepreneur and hospitality pioneer dedicated to redefining fine dining in Pakistan. As the Managing Partner of Poet Boutique Restaurants, he oversees multiple brands, including Poet Mughlai Fine Dine, Poet Multi-Cuisine and Poet Caterers & Event Planners. With a strong focus on innovation, luxury and sustainability, he has introduced unique dining concepts such as custom multi-course menus, eco-friendly practices – a first in the country.
His efforts extend beyond business as he champions the restaurant industry through his role as Chairman of PRU (Pakistan Restaurants Unity Association). Passionate about promoting food tourism and celebrating Pakistan’s culinary heritage, he continues to drive excellence and innovation in the hospitality sector.
